We started the production of our own monolithic tools in 2013. Our machine park was expanded with another two 5-axis CNC grinding machines from SAACKE, with a maintenance-free system. The advantage of producing tools in maintenance-free systems is the possibility of reducing the machining time, thanks to which we are able to produce tools more cheaply, going straight ahead of the client's expectations. A distinctive hallmark of our product is the Shark logo. The tools we produce are made of carbide rods supplied by leading producers on the European market. The carbide blanks are made with the "h6" tolerance. The range of carbide rods used in the production of tools is K10-K40. All tools after removal from the machine undergo internal control to guarantee the quality of monoliths produced by us, in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures. The inspection is carried out on two ZOLLER measuring machines.
- cutters from the FWA group - due to the tool characteristics, they are used in the aerospace, energy and automotive industries,
- cutters from the FWC group - application in the aerospace, defense and food industries,
- cutters from the FWCE group; FWCD; FWZ; FVC - arms industry, car industry,
- cutters from the FWK group; FWKK; FWKKD; FVP - foundry industry - mainly for machining dies,
- cutters from the FA group; FPW - due to their construction, they are applicable in all of the industries mentioned above.
- FVC (Z4; Z6) - the right geometry for stable operation in combination with the coating allows roughing and finishing of materials such as heat-resistant steel and steel in the hardness range above 60HRC.
- FVP (Z4) - the right geometry (radius at the corner) for stable work in combination with the coating allows roughing and finishing of materials such as heat-resistant steel and steel in the hardness range up to 45HRC.
- FWC (Z4) - variable geometry and the appropriate coating allows high-performance machining of stainless steels; acid-proof steels; inconel.
- FWCE (Z2; Z3; Z4) - cutters with a fixed spiral and coating for treatment of materials such as black steel, cast iron up to 45HRC.
- FWCD (Z4) - cutters thanks to the extended working part allow for finishing with long overhangs in materials such as black steel and cast iron up to 45HRC.
- FWCD (Z6; Z8) - cutters thanks to elongated working part and increased number of teeth allow for finishing with long overhangs in materials such as black and heat resistant steel and cast iron up to 45 HRC.
- FWZ (Z4) - variable geometry and chip breaker on the circumference of the tool allows for roughing (pockets, side milling) of materials such as black steel, cast iron, heat-resistant steel and steels in the 60HRC hardness range.
- ball FWK (Z2; Z4)- for roughing and finishing in materials up to 45HRC, such as black steel; heat-resistant steel.
- FWKK; FWKKD (Z2) - thanks to the use of appropriate geometry, carbide grade and coatings, cutters work well in machining of materials with hardness above 60HRC.
- FWA (Z1; Z3) - the right geometry in combination with the ZrN coating allows the processing of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, brass and copper.
- quarter FPW (Z4)- for roughing and finishing in materials up to 55HRC such as black steel; Heat-resistant steel. It is used to round the edges of details.
- countersinks FA (Z3) – they are ideal for milling and trimming edges of details and for milling the contours in materials up to 40HRC.
